I shopped around a lot before choosing Allstate and I couldn't be more happy that I did. I am so glad that I chose to bring my business here because every time that I have needed to speak to a representative or have needed extra help, I have been helped very thoroughly. I also love the value of this insurance, it is significantly lower than other companies.

I have been pleased with my experience with Allstate. However, everything has been done by phone with Cutomer Service. I would like to know of an agent in my area in case I would need to talk to someone in person about my insurance.

I KEEP HEARING ON TV THAT ALLSTATE SENDS YOU A CHECK IF YOU DONT HAVE ANY CLAIMS EVERY SIX MONTHS . WELL I HAVE BEEN WITH ALLSTATE FOR A WHILE AND I HAVE NOT GOT A CHECK FROM ALLSTATE.

My premiums have gone up tremendously. I have trouble with the billing because you stopped sending me a bill. I always pay on the web and used to get the statement in the mail. I have talked to several people and still I get not bill. I have to find out that payment is due by a past due notice in my e-mail.
I am going to check out other insurances because I think you are charging me too much.

I have been a loyal auto policy holder, i even paid one of my 6month policy periods off 3 months in advance, when it was tyme for my policy to renew my premium increased by about 20 dollars a month, thats about an estimates $240 extra per year. And it was not because of an accident or failure to pay , it was for no apparent reason! i used to love allstate, the fact that i can pay online,or hassel free over the telephone but now i have no choice but to cancell my policy.If anything a premium should go down for loyalty and safe driving!

I am a new Allstate customer. after the first 6 months my rate was raised for no reason about $100 per year.
I called customer service and after about an our of talking I realized that the only way to lower my rate was to lower my coverage, and so I did. I am disappointed by Allstate.
