When I had a little fender bender in a parking lot, I was able to call the claims number and get it all taken care of right there.. No 2nd 3rd of 4th calls.

I received an Email saying I could save some money with ALL state if I am with T mobile. I was skeptical but I thought what I have to loose so I clicked it took me to the Tmoblie website there I was able to enroll a 12% savings with All state Insurance. I like the concept it keep on paying every month

I called the Customer service to find out and extra charge on a policy I had paid in full already and it took 1 1/2 hours to get to why I was charge but furthermore I was explain the rep had switch my plan in order to get a payment over the phone.

Watch out - Don't get rolled over

Pros: price was slightly lower
Cons: Difficult, don't care, not customer oriented, take shortcuts on quality
1. Auto claims process is much more complicated than other companies - even for minor claims.
2. They will attempt to price out repairs using aftermarket parts and not OEM - even on leased vehicles which could cost you at turn-in.
3. Claims estimator tried to force a check on my spouse after coming up with their estimate. That is poor practice and something you are told not to do ever.
4. Look for the absolute cheapest way to make the repair and let quality and customer satisfaction take a back seat.
