My auto rate is more then it was when I started my policy. Yet I have not had any claims or been late with payments. Infact, I have paid policy in full every time. This makes me furious.

I have spoken to several associates since I have been a customer. A few were very knowledgable, however, more than not, I had to be redirected to another associate or put on hold to obtain the answers to my questions. Although, I do appreciate accurate information I, sooner is always better. Several times however, I have called inquiring general information on what certain kinds of coverage mean . Many of those times I have called back a second time because I was left with many doubts that the associate did not know what he or she was talking about. I do feel I get a decent price for my car insurance. However, I feel that is only because of the discounts I am eligible for. I noticed many associates dont really want to review all of the discounts available. Some of my family also has car insurance through your company however, they are unaware of certain discounts and I am the one that ends up informing them about it.

Vanishing deductables is a great feature and benefit. However, when the deductable goes down, the premium goes up ! How does that work ?

I needed to sign my daughter out while she was in basic training. The army needs two see proof of insurance for my car before letting her go. I didn't realize that my cards had expired and I left the new ones back home. 6hours away. I went to the hotel called u guys and was able to get proof that I had insurance faxed to me. The fax was there before I got to the front desk. It was a relief to me. Thank you!

All State is a great insurance overall. They helped me transfer my insurance and get a lower rate on a new car I was buying with full coverage. In the end I paid less for full coverage on a newer car then I paid for liability only on an older car.

Overall I have had a good experience with Allstate. Their rates are much cheaper than what I was paying with another company for the same coverage. Saving money is very important to me and I feel like Allstate understands that and was very helpful in assisting me with saving as much as possible.

We have had Allstate Insurance since 1962. All of our claims have been handled with expediency and follow up was made to see if we were please with repairs.
The only complaint is setting up the payment date each month. Being retired our checks come the fourth Wednesday each month. The payment date is due earlier and results sometimes in extra expenses.
